We personally screen every contractor we work with. We stay involved from the first call through completion to help keep communication clear. And if communication breaks down or something feels off, you have someone to call.
We don't hand you a list and wish you luck. We coordinate, communicate, and follow up — so you don't have to chase anyone.
We primarily serve Southwest Florida from Cape Coral to Naples, with limited availability as far north as Nokomis depending on project scope. We know the area, the trades, and the standards that matter here.

Born in Miami and raised in Pinellas County, Jon has lived and worked throughout Florida, including the Panhandle. He understands the climate, the expectations, and what homeowners need when issues come up.
Southwest Florida is our home base. As we expand carefully into other parts of the state over time, this community remains our starting point and the standard we carry forward.
